You can permanently delete your Charisma Lab account and everything attached to it at any time — from inside the app, or by email if you can no longer sign in.
Delete in the app
Sign in and go to
Settings → Danger zone. Type the confirmation word and press "Delete account". Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Sign in to get started.
What gets deleted
Everything tied to your account: your profile (name, email, preferences), all practice sessions and their messages, per-message scores and coaching feedback, and your AI-usage records. There is no recycle bin and no recovery window.
What was never stored
Conversation Analysis is ephemeral by design: pasted chats and uploaded screenshots are processed to generate your report and are not saved to your account, so there is nothing extra to delete from that feature.
Delete by email
Can't sign in, or prefer email? Write to
support@charismalab.app from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you. We'll confirm and complete the request within a reasonable timeframe.
