These are the terms for using Charisma Lab. They're written to be read, not to be survived. Using the product means you're okay with what's below.
What Charisma Lab is
A private practice space for difficult conversations. You pick a scenario, talk it through with a simulated stand-in, and get tactical feedback on how the message likely read and how you could try it differently. It is a communication training tool.
What it isn't
Charisma Lab is not therapy, counseling, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or any other kind of professional service. The simulated stand-ins are AI, not people. If you're working through something that needs a real human — a therapist, a doctor, a lawyer, a crisis line — please talk to that person. Charisma Lab is not a substitute for any of that.
AI limitations
The persona replies and coaching feedback are generated by AI models. They will sometimes be wrong, miss context, or sound more confident than the situation warrants. Treat the feedback as a useful second perspective — not as the truth about you, the other person, or what you should do next. Final judgment is yours.
Your responsibility
You're responsible for what you write into Charisma Lab and what you do with the feedback that comes back. That includes keeping your account credentials safe, and being thoughtful about what you paste in (see the
Privacy Policy for what to avoid sharing).
Acceptable use
Please don't use Charisma Lab to harass, threaten, deceive, or harm anyone — including practicing things you intend to do to a real person in those ways. Don't use it to generate content that's illegal where you live, that targets minors, or that's designed to manipulate someone vulnerable. Don't try to break, abuse, or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Account and age
You need to be at least 13 to use Charisma Lab. If you're under 18, please use it with a parent or guardian aware of what you're practicing. One account per person; don't share logins.
Subscriptions, billing, and refunds
Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel. You can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the current billing period. We offer a 7-day refund window on your first charge — write us and we'll handle it without friction.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Charisma Lab at any time. You can ask us to delete your account by emailing
support@charismalab.app. We can also suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, or if we need to stop offering the service — we'll give reasonable notice unless safety requires otherwise.
No warranties, to the extent allowed
Charisma Lab is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it useful and available, but we can't promise it will always be available, accurate, or fit for a specific purpose. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
Changes
If we update these terms in a material way, we'll update this page and the date at the top, and send a note to your account email for larger changes. Continuing to use the product after a change means you're okay with the new version.
